Abstract

The current global landscape is undergoing a dynamic evolution marked by the onset of the 4th Industrial Revolution. This epochal transformation emphasizes digital transformation as a revolutionary catalyst, fundamentally reshaping businesses. The research presents the digital transformation in industrial sewing manufacturing by applying the Internet of Things (IoT) devices for comprehensive production data collection from sewing lines, alongside integrating data digitization techniques in the industrial sewing process. Moreover, from the data collected, the article proposes an automatic production planning method based on applying a scheduling problem combined with optimization algorithms. Based on that method, it will improve production management efficiency, competitiveness, and labor productivity, creating conditions for sustainable development and promoting global integration.
